Once the web orders have been captured by GravityMarket, we’ll need to provide the order details to your back office systems for processing. Orders can be batched daily or sent across as regularly as every 15 minutes for processing, depending upon your requirements.
GravityMarket may also accept an order acknowledgement file for your back office system. This order acknowledgement file will update the web order status, generate an automatic email as well as provide the customer visibility into their package tracking number, should one be included.
Catalog & Inventory

There is an intuitive web based administrative interface. This interface provides content management for your product catalog and supplementary web pages.
GravityMarket can also be configured to fully integrate product details, pricing, inventory updates, images, and specifications onto your site
