Biographical Statement
Francois is the dedicated project manager for the Netconcepts e-commerce team, and is responsible the on-time, in-budget delivery of new Gravity Market e-commerce websites. His goal is to manage development and customer business concerns to ensure that the new sites meet and exceed customer expectations.
Prior to joining Netconcepts, Francois lived in Cape Town South Africa, where he was the Technical Account Manager for an e-procurement platform. Here, Francois also participated in projects surrounding B2B online retail, and gained a unique perspective in the project methodology required for these projects. He applies this knowledge to providing best practice management to Netconcepts’ clients, and continuous improvement of the project delivery methodology.
